Head of department, including leadership, motivation, taxes and further development of employees Creation and interpretation of business analyses (risks and risks) and delivery of decision bases to BUGM or Division controlling Development, optimization and conception of processes and structures of the BU controller, commercial ordering and reporting system Control of BU-internal processes for purchasing, debitor accounting and creditor accounting Examination, assessment and approval of commercial offers

Completed studies in BWL or industrial engineering At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector of an enterprise Experience in change management Multi-year successful leadership of teams Knowledge of SAP or similar systems Very good German knowledge in Word and Writing (min. C2-Level) Good knowledge of English in word and writing (min. B2-Level) Travel readiness (travel activity of about 5 %)
