Leadership, leadership and further development of a team for consulting business companies. Self-advising and mandate management (focus on private institutions from the health and social sectors and adjacent sectors). Developing sophisticated solutions for tax-related issues, including restructuring and design projects, follow-up advice, supervision of tax audits and appeal procedures, and client acquisitions. Conception and implementation of seminars for clients and colleagues (m/w/d) as well as compilation of tax publications.

You are a tax consultant (m/w/d) or a lawyer (professional attorney for tax law) (m/w/d) and have interest as well as (first) experience in management and management tasks. Founded experiences as StB or FA f. StR in independent care and self-sponsored consulting of industrial bodies and personal societies, optimally from the health and social sectors. Experiences in consulting, in particular of partnerships in restructuring and/or follow-up consultancy, as well as in project management as team leader (m/w/d) on relevant topics. Participation in solving market-specific problems in interdisciplinary teams. Entrepreneurial thinking personality paired with independentness, delegation ability, willingness to design and a cooperative leadership style. Power of persuasion and communication skills.
