Head of Electrical Engineering Engineering Office (m/f/d)

Strategic leadership: You conduct and motivate a team of up to 50 employees perspectively and promote the internal development of our talents. Acquisition: You support challenging projects and accompany them from acquisition to kick-off. Market presence: You present our office as part of tenders for HLS and electrical engineering with public and private contractors and thus secure our project success against competition. Interface function: You keep the close contact with builders and pass this successively to the respective project managers, but keep the technical lead.

Qualification: You have an engineering title (Master, Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing.) of the Department of Electrical Engineering. Experience: You are experienced in electrical engineering and, if necessary, bring first knowledge in personnel management (ideally 30-50 people) and should bring experience in building technology / construction industry or an engineering office. Mindset: You think entrepreneurial, are close to your employees and bring the necessary sovereignty for negotiations at eye level. Perspective: You are looking for a long-term station where you can not only manage, but also develop and shape yourself.
