You are responsible for the optimal service on our machines with customers or Traders They carry out fault diagnosis of the motor and control electronics and are responsible for eliminating errors They carry out maintenance, repair and warranty work independently You carry out machine instructions with customers and traders You advise our customers on technical questions They sell services and spare parts You are in close contact with the service department at our site in Wülfrath for the exchange of knowledge

Ideally training as construction machine mechatronics, KFZ mechatronics, industrial mechatronics or agricultural machine mechatronics Good knowledge of engine and machine technology (Hydraulik, Mechanics) Good knowledge of welding technology Good knowledge of fault diagnosis (CAN bus, control technology) and fault elimination Primary regional readiness to travel, as well as to include activities with hotel accommodation Driving licence class B/BE Computer skills in MS Office They are personally distinguished by a high level of service, have a structured and result-oriented way of working, are team-capable, resilient and strong in communication.
