Project support: Accompanying an introduction of a new ERP system throughout the project cycle Data processing: Support for extraction, purification and structuring of raw data from different sources Participation in project meetings Creation of regular KPI reports and dashboards for sales and CX management (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce) Data mining as well as analysis of sales, customer and market data for deriving feasible recommendations for action Support of the Customer Experience Team and other specialist departments in day-to-day business in administrative activities and in customer communication

Advanced study of economics, IT, engineering or another economic course readiness and commitment to edit complex business situations in the aerospace environment Number and data affinity as well as good analytical skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good PC skills, preferably in Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce Self-starting initiative, proactive work and ability to act in a fast-paced environment
