You take over a competent team from the colleague who goes to the deserved retirement. We are therefore looking for a new team lead for the 10-member creditor team with the aim of continuing the successful path.

This includes the following activities: Team management creditors Ensuring an effective and efficient accounting process in compliance with tax requirements Ensuring the timely removal of the payrolls Further optimization of the electronic audit and release workflow using the digitalization possibilities Organisational and professional development of the creditor team Compliance with time and content requirements from reporting Optimization of account utilization Own-responsible implementation of accounting assets at the annual accounts

Technical requirements Completed commercial training Multiannual management experience in accounting Very good ERP knowledge and high IT affinity Very good MS Office user knowledge Personal requirements High personnel management skills and motivational qualities Hands-on mentality and solution orientedness Team player with analytical thinking capability, high number affinity and a precise and very independent and proactive working style High operational readiness Open and valuable communication style Required requirements Practical experience in SAP Project experience
