Do you enjoy developing purchasing strategies, building international supplier relationships and actively shaping them? Then you're right with us! Be part of our shopping team and introduce your know-how where it counts: Self-responsible support and further development of defined product groups – both production material and non-productive material Development and implementation of product group and procurement strategies in the international environment Selection, evaluation and continuous development of suppliers Leading contract and price negotiations, always with regard to costs, quality and delivery security Close cooperation with internal departments (production, development, quality management) to develop and continuously improve optimal supply concepts Market and trend analyses for identifying innovation and saving potentials Active participation in the use of modern technologies and AI-based tools to increase efficiency and transparency in purchasing

Complete studies in the field of business management, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in strategic purchasing in a production environment desirable Representative negotiation skills and experience in international supplier management Analytical and strategic thinking as well as a sovereign appearance Openness for digital innovations and first experience in handling AI-based applications Communication strength, team capacity and an independent, structured way of working German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
