In this position you take responsibility for the technical building equipment at the Jena site, with a special focus on the high-tech location Jena. As a service manager TGA (m/w/x) you take over the professional leadership, have strong expertise and have a high degree of empathy to a dedicated team of professionals and are motivators professional to control.

Operation of building-technical systems as well as service provider coordination (application and control of external service providers)

Ensuring operator responsibility

Creation of building maintenance planning that meets both the high technical requirements and the sustainability objectives of ZEISS

Responsibility for the operation of the Hightech site in Jena for the plants of the technical building equipment and support of various subprojects for the operation

Technical support for team members in maintenance and reconstruction projects

Monitoring of the operating conditions of the plants and technical facilities, derivation of necessary safety measures and continuous further development of plant engineering / operating procedures

Participation in the tendering or termination of contracts with service providers

Involving a digital building strategy

Multiannual experience in the management of plants and operating technology, planning and design of plants/services

Experience in controlling external FM service providers and first experience in project execution

Experience in handling CAFM systems, subject-specific legal and administrative provisions, technical rules and regulations (TestVO, VDMA)

Interest in digitizing technical processes
