Project Engineer Control and Safety Technology

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a project engineer Leit- und Sicherheitstechnik (w/m/d) as part of the Stellwerks- and ETCS-equipment of existing lines in the technology portfolio, rolling out projects south-east/centre of DB InfraGO AG at the Leipzig site. Your tasks:

As a project engineer:in control and safety technology, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of projects for the control and perspective of the ETCS equipment on existing routes of DB InfraGO AG You coordinate the cost-, time- and quality implementation of planning, awarding, construction, acceptance and commissioning of the projects In the role as a technical contact:for all project participants, you conduct a continuous dialogue with the departments of DB InfraGO AG, the planning offices, construction companies and authorities The coordination of the requirements for planning, construction monitoring and testing services, in particular in the technical units of control and safety technology, railway crossings / railway crossings and telecommunications, is in your hands You are responsible for the creation and testing of required award documents for the purchase of construction and planning services The project progress as well as the cause of deviations are checked regularly, analyze and evaluate risks and develop countercontrol measures

Your profile:

You have a university degree as an engineer in the field of rail transport, electrical engineering, economic engineer, communications technology, automation technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline Good knowledge of the topics of control and safety technology (ideally ESTW or ETCS) as well as in equipment technology 50Hz plants and telecommunications, complemented by experience in project management You have knowledge of HOAI / VOB and have experiences in the tendering and awarding of engineering and construction services for railway infrastructure projects For you, the joy of the targeted and economic implementation of projects counts You are already familiar with the cooperation with licensing and supervisory authorities such as the EBA You bring the willingness to travel and a class B driving licence
