Senior Technical Controller (m/f/d)

You provide the documentation and make sure that all project-relevant engineering information is correctly distributed in naval shipbuilding – both in the project and in the line. You regularly prepare expertise and coordination rounds in engineering, perform them and guide the preparation. You are responsible for the reporting of all engineering work packages, prepare the key figures and present the current status towards project and line management. You develop KPIs, evaluations and cockpits, tune them with the stakeholders along the entire EPC chain and use them for controlling. You support interface partners through active cooperation in cross-functional working groups, conduct measures and implement them. You coordinate time and deviation management in engineering, prioritise conflicts, analyze their causes and initiate corrective actions. You recognize optimization potentials, develop solution concepts, act as a Lean multiplier and advance the continuous improvement of internal processes and technical control.

You have a completed technical study or equivalent qualification. You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally from shipbuilding. You know the processes of construction and production, understand technical and operational interfaces and master the associated processes. For example, you have IPMA and have already gained practical project management experience. You are practiced in dealing with MS Office and safely working with database systems. You convince by communication strength, sovereign appearance, enforcing and negotiation skills and pleasure in team work. You work structured, analytically and efficiently, show a pronounced time- and tasks-management, high problem-solving competence and a strong responsibility- and commercial awareness.
