Bed Management / Discharge Management Employee (m/w/d) in the Clinic for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery

In the Clinic for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery of the University Hospital of Bonn, the following place is to be filled in full-time (38,5 hours/week)/part-time: Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Coordinated/determined laying on the stations Central control of bed planning Participation in early meetings of the department for reception and release planning Further development and coordination of discharge management Relieving the medical service and the nursing staff through the possibility of carrying out planable and thus structured transfer activities Ensuring constructive cooperation with other areas Estimated disposition of bed capacity Establishing a central computer-based bed planning in Orbis Participation in the planning, development and support of concepts of staff management and work processes initiation of process optimization Reinforcement of the positive external representation

OTA, MFA (m/w/d) or a related area At least two years of professional experience in a medical field, with orthopedic accident surgery or surgical experience A high level of communication skills and organisational strength Analytical and Conceptual Operation Responsibility and Enforcement Organisational skills and critical competence Team spirit and motivation You are safe to use MS Office (Word, Excel) and work quickly into other digital applications (e.g. for surveying questionnaires on the tablet)
