Senior BU / R&D Controller (m/f/d)

The Group Commercial Controlling Team acts as a business and savings partner for the commercial functions of the Döhler Group. We need your support during the further expansion of the Business Unit and R&D Controlling and the further development of performance control. You are actively working on the further expansion of the Group-wide Business Partnering for the Business Units and R&D You identify and implement key figures systems together with the team to further develop our integrated control concept You actively support the optimization, digitization and integration of our reporting and our business processes You monitor and analyze strategic and operational objectives of commercial functions Reports and numbers are prepared, analyzed and evaluated by you You develop action recommendations and introduce them proactively into the business You'll start ad hoc analyses for the business partners and our management

You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, business informatics or comparable You have several years of experience in controlling, product calculation or pricing You have a pronounced analytical ability as well as a solution-oriented and precise operation You have the ability to translate complex data into strategically relevant decision bases You like to work in the team and have a high degree of customer orientation You have very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP BW and S4Hana. You like to work with new technologies and want to drive digitalization in the company You have excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
