Application Support Engineer (m/f/d)

In your future position as Application Support Engineer (m/w/d), you are a key player for our customers and support them with questions and challenges related to our software through your independent and team-oriented operation. In detail, your tasks are as follows: You support our customers competently with any questions and technical problems concerning our software solutions. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams, in particular project management and product development, to develop sustainable and high-quality solutions. You carry out training on technical and product-related functions and actively contribute to optimizing the use of software with the customer. You monitor proactive hosting and application services and ensure high system availability and stable operation.

You have completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or a comparable subject. First practical experience in handling software solutions is an advantage. You bring basic knowledge to SQL and to use Windows and Linux operating systems. Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as C++ is advantageous, further knowledge (e.g. C, Cobol or AS400) can be deepened within the scope of the activity. Ideally, you have gained first insights into warehouse management systems or comparable applications. You have good written and oral communication skills in German as well as in English and are happy to work in the team.
