Our team supports all locations and professional groups in the acquisition of new employees. As a key position in the personnel sector, you control the recruitment of international professionals and thus make an important contribution to meeting our personnel needs.

Participation in the development and implementation of a holding-wide strategy for international recruitment, from initial contact with external partners to recognition of professionals Coordination of cooperation with partners, selection of candidates and acquisition of contract and settlement processing Communication with internal and external contact persons as well as consulting our departments Personal planning in coordination with internal contact persons Development and management of third-party funds to support international recruitment Close cooperation with the lecturer Diversität & Integration, the HR department and integration managers in the regions

Completioned Business Studies (Minimum Qualification Bachelor), for example with a focus on staff or comparable Multiannual experience in the German health system as well as sound knowledge in recognition procedures and international personnel acquisitions Strategic thinking, strong organizational capacity, good communication skills, project management skills Good knowledge of English, further language skills are advantageous Strong consulting competence and negotiation skills combined with a safe occurrence and enforcement capability Ready to travel to the various RKH locations Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
