The remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry, Hamburg/Environment. The gross annual fee is at the start at about € 59,500 at a weekly working time of 35 hours. In addition, special tariff payments are subject to collective agreements. The entitlement to this varies depending on the duration of the service to the respective deadline.
