The 5-star superior Schlosshotel Münchhausen offers 67 hotel rooms and suites, equipped according to the latest requirements, as well as an exclusive spa and pool landscape. Furthermore, our house has banquet and meeting rooms for up to 300 people, a castle chapel and a stand office. In the castle cellar restaurant with lake terrace we serve fine international cuisine with regional influences. The gourmet restaurant offers Haute cuisine à la française in historic Renaissance rooms.

Course contents: Hotel professionals are all-rounders. The core task is reservation and reception. Hofas is also thoroughly trained in the area of food & beverage, housekeeping, goods management and marketing. They overlook the interfaces between the departments and ensure that the quality is true everywhere. Professional communication with the guests is like a red thread through all activities – in the personal sales or consultation, in check-in and via digital channels. Training period: 3 years
