Leadership of the local transport team and organisation of efficient shift and personnel deployment planning Responsibility for the disposition of traffic with a focus on high productivity and quality in local transport Ensuring process maintenance and continuous process optimization Function as contact person for contracted transport operators including consulting Demand planning for transport operators in coordination with the central department

Complete training in forwarding and logistics or business studies, ideally with a focus on logistics Multiannual industry experience as well as multiannual experience in the planning and disposition of tours First leadership experience and a high level of quality orientation, enforcement ability and cost awareness Impressed communication and team skills and negotiation skills Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
