Work planner shipbuilding (m/f/d)

Coordinating the shipbuilding assemblies in wage processing, technical coordination of austenitic and ferritic steel structures, conversion of a planning order into a production order/BANF in the PPS system, provision of documents for manufacturing (UAN), testing material availability (PPS), maintenance of key figures, negotiations with suppliers. In your new role as Work Preparing Contract Management (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning and supervision of external procurement of shipbuilding/steel structures. You are responsible for the entire communication, from the contact and technical support of subcontractors, via the control of the purchase to award the contract. You take over the entire order clarification and communication with internal and external interface partners. Furthermore, it is your task to technically evaluate the shipbuilding parts, to derive necessary skills, to prepare the appropriate documents for the production and to accompany the production of the component. The maintenance of key figures, the testing of material availability, as well as the control in the PPS system (production planning software) is your responsibility.

You have a completed vocational training as a construction engineer in shipbuilding, steel or metal construction and, if necessary, a successfully completed further training as an industrial master (m/w/d) or technician (d/m/w) - you can further training, e.g. for internat. Welding specialist (d/m/w) and PT/MT tester and over several years of professional experience in the described area. At best, you bring first knowledge in a PPS system or a high IT affinity. You convince your environment by your self-confidence, independent working and good communication skills and team-orientedness. You draw your attention through organizational skills and negotiation skills and have a sound technical understanding. A general readiness completes your profile.
