The UKSH Lübeck offers a variety of specialist intensive care stations. Among other things, a state-of-the-art intensive care unit for neuroscience with a total of 14 neurosurgery and neurological beds.

Come to our team and support us as a health and nursing agent or health care and nursing agent for intensive care, in an indefinite working relationship.

• implementation of intensive care and therapeutic and diagnostic measures

• Self-responsibility in the course of the acquired competences and defined limits

• Digital support systems for virtually all documentation activities, application of the principles of kinesthetics and participation in the UKSH kinesthetics training and in case and ethics

• Active support and co-design of nursing and organizational processes

Take this with you:

• A completed training as a health and nursing worker or Health care and nursing staff or nurses or a completed nursing programme (BSc.N.)

• Ideally a successfully completed intensive training / IMC further education or the willingness to acquire it

• Special sensitivity and understanding and empathy to our patients and their relatives

• An independent and organised way of working

• Flexibility with regard to the use in the 3-layer system and the usual service times in your area
