Strategic Document Manager (m/f/d)

You support building and expanding the harmonised documentation management system. In your role, you define, document and regulate the associated processes and processes. You provide support for questions regarding the handling of documentation requirements in customer projects and help employees in the use of existing applications in the sense of document management. You develop the automation of KPIs and support the internal reporting of operational document management. You ensure the auditing of process compliance and the cross-site harmonisation of documentation management. You complement the existing system to enable customer requirements in the context of documentation management, and tune interfaces to change projects. You define requirements for the extension of the DM to information objects in the PLM tools and author systems used.

You have a degree in economic engineering, business informatics or comparable training. You have several years of professional experience in documentation management. You have knowledge in enterprise content management with reference to technical implementation in testing and release processes as well as associated status networks of document object classes. You control MS-Office, SAP, team center and numbering systems. You have good English skills in word and writing. Process-oriented value creation is of course for you. You have analytical thinking, high operational readiness and work structured. You have already demonstrated outstanding team skills and social competence several times.
