As a manager, you are responsible for the disciplinary and professional management of an SAP team (>5 employees), developing your employees through coaching, target agreements and feedback continuously and ensuring clear roles and efficient team structures. In your role, you take responsibility for budget, cost management as well as predictive and demand-oriented resource planning. The overall responsibility for the stable operation and the further development of the SAP-Retail-Core-Systeme (SAP ECC & S/4HANA Retail) is your task. In doing so, you ensure the control and optimization of central retail end-to-end processes, in particular in the fields of article master data & assortments, sales processes, prices & conditions as well as goods movements, stocks and billing. In addition, you control SAP projects, changes and releases, work closely with architecture, IT teams and external partners and ensure efficient, quality-oriented implementation. As a Sparring Partner for the disciplines, you gain a deep understanding of retail needs, ensure a high quality of service and delivery, support the transformation from ECC to S/4HANA Retail and advance continuous improvements in processes, quality and performance.

A completed study (e.g. business informatics, computer science, BWL) or a comparable qualification as well as multi-year hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Retail will help you. A very good understanding of end-to-end retail processes and their imaging in SAP, as well as experience in managing SAP operations, changes and projects in complex system landscapes are the key to you. Multiannual disciplinary leadership experience in the SAP or IT environment, as well as proven experience in building and developing powerful teams, you could already collect. A structured and analytical way combined with a pronounced sense of responsibility belongs to your central strengths. A sovereign appearance, clear communication and enforcement capability at senior levels allow you to successfully collaborate with different stakeholders.
