Your duties

• Regular inspection of the entire building, the outdoor facilities and the technical facilities on function, cleanliness and Security
• Self-fulfilment of minor repairs
• Monitoring, control and optimization of building control technology
• Coordination, instruction and acceptance of work
• Ensuring order and security in the object

Our requirements

• completed craft or technical training, e.g. as Plant mechanic SHK, electronic or comparable Qualifications
