Here is an overview of your tasks in detail: Processing of contracts in the contract as well as non-performing commitment in accordance with work guidelines Ensuring accessibility by telephone Telephone collection (Inbound and Outbound) Processing of incoming mail, emails and faxes Processing of work lists Processing of damages and omissions settlement of leasing and credit contracts Processing of form and receipt Insolvency analysis and risk assessment Implementation of wounds and changes in rates, changes in payment dates and extensions according to working guidelines settlement of vehicle utilisation including all administrative activities (application of seizure, grant of the estimated order, dispatch of the estimated price notification, if necessary Organisation of transport, invoicing, type ticket delivery after monitoring of payment receipt etc.) settlement of receivables and their due date Acquisition of receivables in accordance with Directives (including by commissioning external persons, contact persons for them and monitoring the activities) Administrative activities in accordance with working directives

Completed vocational training to/from the bank clerk and several years of professional experience Self-employed work, oriented towards economic aspects Safe occurrence, enforcement and negotiation skills Service-oriented customer transition Flexibility, self-initiative and performance and team capacity safe handling of modern communication means
