For targeted technical support and perspective enhancement of our financial management, we are looking for you to raise the issues of credit restructuring and portfolio management to a new level. In this position, you work closely with the job owner in the tandem, bring in your analytical skills and gradually take over your own areas of responsibility. In addition, the role of development potential in adjacent topics such as liquidity management or investment management (e.g. visual deposits). You are motivated to manage cash flows and capital investments of a health insurance company, are equally enthusiastic about assets such as liabilities, are you happy to work in a solution-oriented manner and are also familiar with real estate financing? Support and co-design: Together with the responsible colleague, you will support property-certified debt certificates and actively contribute to the analysis and restructuring of the engagements. Gradual takeover of responsibility: You evaluate projects, prepare policy bases for management and are in exchange with co-investors, service providers and other stakeholders. Analytical contributions with effect: You create market and risk analyses as well as address-oriented reporting for bodies, auditing, supervisory authorities and auditors. (m/w/d) - ideally in combination with a further professional training (e.g. a bank specialist (m/w/d) etc.), a completed economic study or similar commercial qualifications. Multiannual professional experience in the care of credit engagements, optimally with a focus in the real estate sector. A strongly pronounced analytical and solution-oriented thinking or Working. Ideally, communication strength and sovereignty over different hierarchical levels. Routinized handling of MS Office applications and SAP as well as a high number affinity.
