As an experienced project manager*in with well-founded design knowledge and extensive experience in the realization of new construction, reconstruction and renovation projects, you are right with us. Project management and control of demanding construction projects Technical management and quality assurance of one or more internal project teams Technical, economic and organizational construction consulting Superordinate control of project participants Support for all areas of action and project stages of project management

Successfully completed engineering studies (fields of architecture, civil engineering, etc.) Mind. 3 years of professional experience (e.g. as an engineer, economic engineerin, architectin or project engineer*in) preferably in project management and control or in planning Willingness to take over responsibility and professional leadership in demanding projects and take over internal tasks Very good computer skills (MS Office, MS Project) Safe in handling building law, AHO, HOAI and VOB Designed analytical and strategic thinking, communication strength and team spirit, commitment, flexibility and enforcement
