We need you to:

Your tasks include the implementation and conceptual design of the company's training as an electronic engineer (m/w/d) for operating technology as well as the professional and disciplinary supervision of trainees. They support the selection of candidates, conduct interviews and are contact person (m/w/d) for educational-relevant institutions (schools, IHK, etc.) including exam preparation and admission. In addition, the development and optimization of existing structures are your tasks. We offer you:

* Grouping in pay group 7 TVöD. periods of professional experience can be taken into account in the classification. External officials are, unfortunately, unable to apply due to the lack of the planning authority.

Annual special payment of 95% of the monthly fee.
