(Senior) Legal Counsel / Insurance Lawyer (m/f/d)

You independently examine and evaluate legal issues, in particular in insurance contract, sales and competition law, and in the field of digital business You advise our departments to the Executive Board on legal issues – practical, solution-oriented and highly professional You develop new concepts and tax projects in the field of insurance law and in connection with new insurance products You are a legal Sparring partner for technology and AI projects and accompany innovative technology initiatives, especially in the AI environment, with a view to legal requirements You accompany marketing measures legally, including the examination of advertising campaigns and advertising media for compliance and legal admissibility You are working on digital legal issues in the online business with a focus on innovative and forward-looking solutions You are taxing and responsible for judicial and extrajudicial proceedings including strategic assessment and communication with external partners You negotiate and shape contracts with national and international business partners – legally secure and economically thought-out

You have a successful degree in law You ideally have relevant professional experience or strong knowledge in insurance contract law, sales law and competition law You convince with high problem-solving competence, secure judgment and the ability to develop pragmatic and business-oriented solutions and to accompany new business models legally You bring creative desires, pronounced communication skills and argumentation strength with You work analytically, conceptually and independently and structured You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing (at least B2)
