Your role In this position you work locally in the ARENA2036, embedded in a highly innovative ecosystem of industry, research and technology partners. You are part of the SPIE Innovation Platform, work closely with internal disciplines and report directly to the Head of Innovation Platforms. Your focus: understand, classify and translate technological developments into specific SPIE-Use-Cases. Management and coordination of innovation projects and initiatives in the ARENA2036, e.g. in the Industrial Metaverse joint project Trend analysis and potential assessment of new technologies for use in SPIE Networking and active exchange in the ARENA2036 community to identify potential partners and solutions Planning and implementation of innovation workshops as well as organisation of customer invitations and representation at events in ARENA2036 to present current initiatives. Development and coordination of internal ideas management

Complete university studies in the field of innovation, technology or economic management, economic engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience (approx. 3+ years) in innovation or transformation projects related to corporate practice Extensive understanding of new technologies and the ability to transfer them to specific applications Structured, independent working and a high sense of responsibility in implementation Sovereigns, professional occurrence in exchange with internal and external stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Openness for the use of AI-based tools in everyday work

Your effectiveness develops in direct exchange within the ARENA2036 community. This position is therefore designed as a 100% on-site location.
