Responsibility for the further development and optimization of the digital HR systems (ServiceNow HRSD and Cornerstone) Analysis and improvement of global HR processes in the context of a digital transformation Interface management between HR, IT and external partners to ensure smooth processes Implementation of HR requirements in scalable, user-oriented system solutions Designing the strategic roadmap for global HR systems and process harmonisation

Completed study in BWL, Human Resources, IT, Business Informatics or Comparative Qualification Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or Cornerstone or comparable HR systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
