Plant Operator - Food Production / Maintenance (m/f/d)

You serve and independently monitor our modern production facilities and maintain a smooth process in the processing of agricultural raw materials. You carry out smaller maintenance and maintenance work on your own and report larger disturbances directly to the technical department. You ensure the high quality of our food by monitoring the entire production process and taking regular samples for quality assurance. You carefully document all relevant production and quality data in our computer system and actively introduce your ideas for process improvement.

You have a completed training in a technical or agricultural profession, for example as an electrician:in, mechatronic:in or Schlosser:in. You bring technical understanding, self-initiative and motivation to work quickly into our facilities. Professional experience is a plus, but not a requirement – we are also happy about motivated professional beginners:inside. You have the pleasure of handling food and are interested in their production. You speak German fluently to ensure a smooth exchange in the team.
