Professional leadership in accounting for several companies as well as central contact for the team with responsibility for their accounting support and qualifications Ensuring high quality of accounting and continuous development of existing processes Close cooperation with the Head of Division as Sparring Partner to actively promote strategic issues Responsibility for communication with internal and external stakeholders including reporting Structured and solution-oriented implementation of customer-specific requirements in accounting and reporting Accompanying the onboarding of joint venture structures and integration into existing processes Further development and scaling of the accounting structures and identification of optimization potentials Impetus for professional development in the team and promotion of high quality standards

Completed training as an account holder or comparable qualification Found experience in accounting, ideally in handling complex, customer-specific requirements First leadership experience or clear motivation to take responsibility in a leadership role Embossed technical understanding, especially in handling ERP systems and Excel Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Communication strength and safe appearance in presentations Structured, conceptual thinking and high quality standards
