The psychosomatics of children and youth medicine at the Rems-Murr-Klinikum Winnenden offers six stationary treatment sites for children or Young people up to the age of 18. In a multimodal team, children's and youth psychiatrists, children's and youth psychiatrists, doctors of children's and youth medicine (m/w/d), work closely together with health and (children's) caregivers, as well as art and theatre therapists, physiotherapists and nutritionists. In addition to individual and group therapies, regular parental and family appointments also include a therapeutic group and experience-oriented and sporty group activities for patients. Part of the therapy concept is the regular school visit at the own clinic school, the cooperation with primary schools and, if necessary, the integration of youth assistance.
