Towerlead Serversupport (m/f/d)

As an IT expert:in you enter the server infrastructure in the customer environment and take over the role of the first contact person in demanding IT problems in the 2nd level support. You will receive inquiries and fault messages via our communication channels (telephone, email and ticket system). You collect incidents, changes and IT problems and work together with our customers' specialist departments to solve errors. In this context, you analyze complex disturbances in the customer infrastructure, identify possible sources and correct the causes. As a towerlead, the professional leadership of the support team, the distribution of tasks within your team and the deployment and resource planning are your responsibility.

Completed studies in computer science, training as a specialist in system integration or a related subject, as an alternative to a comparable training, ideally with further training as an IT administrator:in.
