Operation and adjustment of heating or mixing systems Monitoring of production and/or Filling process Monitoring of fermentation parameters Refilling of plants with the necessary raw materials Documentation and logging of work steps CIP control Drawing samples for further processing

You have a successfully completed training for milk technologists (m/w/d), dairy specialist (m/w/d) or comparable food technology training You have extensive experience in processes in the heating and processing of milk or other foods and professional experience in a comparable position You bring the willingness to 3 shiftwork and weekend work You have a pronounced quality and hygiene awareness Very good German language skills
