Guided and operational planning: You control maintenance, repair and disorder work and plan the use of your service technicians: inside Cooperation: You work closely with all relevant functional areas Safety and quality: You ensure that all service activities are carried out in compliance with the safety rules and your team works conscientiously Key figures: By means of key figures, you will ensure the quality, schedule and cost of the orders and always keep your team in mind Customer support: You serve our key customers personally and by telephone and are a contact person for customer complaints Problem solution: You develop customer-oriented solutions in case of problems and have a good sense of the right measures

Qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with further training as Master (m/w/d), Technicians (m/w/d), Specialist (m/w/d) or the willingness to acquire them Leadership experience: Ideally first experience in employee management IT-knowledge & digital affinity: Secure handling of MS-Office, SAP-knowledge are advantageous, as well as openness to new technologies Customer Focus & Engagement: High customer and service orientation, commitment and responsibility awareness Organizational talent: organisational skills, solution-oriented thinking and passion in dealing with people and technology Mobility: driving licence class B or 3 and place of residence in the immediate field of use
