In the course of further professionalization, the order processing and project planning departments should be further developed in a sustainable manner, which is why we are looking for a strong and ambitious personality for the position of the Head of Contract Processing & Projecting (m/w/d).

As a future agent (m/w/d) with a direct line of reports to the CEO, you will be responsible in particular for the smooth implementation of the entire order processing process – from order acceptance to delivery. In this context, you take over the technical and commercial fine tuning with the respective customers and constantly act as a competent contact person (m/w/d) both externally and internally for the adjacent specialist areas (sales, production, R&E). In your function, you ensure the time-, quality- and cost-oriented execution of each order and also assume the disciplinary responsibility for a total of 15 employees from the order processing and project planning departments. The continuous review of internal processes and the initiation of corresponding optimization measures are also part of your diverse and varied responsibility.

The position addresses candidates (m/w/d) with completed, technical studies (engineering, industrial engineering, etc.) or a comparable qualification. Based on this, the future job owner (m/w/d) has substantial leadership experience which has ideally been acquired in a corresponding management function at a company in the manufacturing industry. A high level of technical affinity as well as the willingness to work into the company's product-specific peculiarities are provided with the candidate to be searched (m/w/d) as well as a routined handling of relevant ERP and CRM systems (ideally: Abas-ERP and Salesforce). Personally, you convince with pronounced, analytical thinking and a structured and process-oriented manner.
