for the Working Group on Suicide Prevention (Head: Jun.-Prof. Dr. Nathalie Oexle) of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy II of the University of Ulm (at the District Hospital Günzburg, Medical Director: Prof. Dr. Matthias W. Riepe) at the Ulm site. Our working group researches psychosocial factors of suicide, stigma in the context of mental illnesses, as well as approaches to prevention and support for those affected and relatives.

The place is first fixed for one year, with option for subsequent extension by another 4 years or Expiration with availability of appropriate funds. The area is 50%.

Organisation and support of the working group in the fields of appointment and travel planning, meetings, billing, procurement, third-party management, correspondence, audits Personnel administration (representation of new employees, applicant correspondence, absence management, creation of certificates and certificates) Creation of graphics as a preparatory work for lectures and scientific publications Simple data evaluations and literature research Handling patients and international cooperation partners

Training as a Medical Documentary, (Fremdlangen-) Secretary, Business Training in Health Care (e.g. Health Management B.A., Kaufmann/frau in Healthcare) Self-employed, structured & reliable operation Very good knowledge of standard software (MS-Office), knowledge of literature software (e.g. Citavi) are desirable Experience in the administrative accompaniment of empirical studies in the medical, psychological or social sciences is desirable Joy of team work
