Building Technician Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

In a team of four domestic engineers and a team management team, you are responsible for the maintenance of the electronic systems and systems of the supply technology in close coordination with the HLS and Elektro property management and in compliance with and implementing the legal and technical regulations:

Through regular inspections, You ensure the functionality of all components and eliminate deviations at an early stage. You carry out maintenance work on the basis of predetermined plans (e.g. AMEV maintenance cards), including replacement and testing of equipment. You carry out regular tests of fixed electrical installations and equipment according to DGUV Regulation 3 and document the results professionally. You analyze disturbances and carry out repairs on complex systems and network structures professionally and independently. You make necessary adjustments to control and control components to ensure the smooth operation of the systems according to the technical specifications. You carry out smaller conversions and extensions to electrical installations as well as to medium and low voltage networks.

You have a completed vocational training as an electronic engineerin for energy and building technology, electronic engineerin for automation technology or a similar completed vocational training in the field of electronics/electrotechnics or equivalent knowledge and experience (in the field of electronics/electrotechnics). A relevant, at least 2-year professional experience after completed vocational training is indispensable. You have simple MS Office user knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook). You have knowledge of relevant standards and regulations for the field of activity and can apply and implement them. You are team-ready and have a high level of service orientation. You work reliably and carefully. You are capable of working on ladders, tits or armor. The work is done in two-shift operation with an early shift from 6:30 a.m. and a late shift from 10:30 p.m. In addition, the approximately five-week turnus is worked on weekends as well as on holidays if necessary. You take part in the willingness to call (Monday to Sunday). Very good German skills complete your profile.
