We are looking for you as a support for our deposit area. Strengthen our team as a foreman / Supervisor Lagerlogistik (m/w/x) at the location in Hamburg-Allermöhe. The position must first be fixed for two years, but offers a long-term perspective.

Your tasks: * Technical leadership of your team: You take the instructions of the operational staff:in the field of storage, including the distribution of work orders. This also includes the instruction, training and instruction of new colleagues.

• Coordination of the daily business: The control, implementation and optimization of the processes and the planning of the daily business are in your field of view. You act as the first respondent in case of clarification and questions from your team.
• Reporting and document maintenance: You manage your storage area in SAP and bear the responsibility for maintaining the service level. To do this, you regularly create statistics and evaluations and keep the work instructions of your area up to date.
• Safety & Lean Management: You also take care of safety at work in your department, the handling of hazardous substances and live the established processes of lean management (such as 5S, decent workstation, avoidance of waste, etc.)
• Interface function: You act as the first contact person of your department and promote the extensive exchange with other areas

Your profile: * Successfully completed training for warehouse logistics (m/w/x), specialist warehouse (m/w/x) or comparable training

• First professional experience in a similar position in the logistics sector
• Good MS Office and knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. SAP)
• Organisational and team skills, commitment and safety and quality awareness
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
