Location: Mülheim an der Ruhr | Start of training: 1 August 2026

During the training, you will participate in all relevant competitive phases – from the start of the call to the jury, the award ceremony and the exhibitions – and will support the logistics team in the daily business. International communication You take over communication with external partners, international customers and logistics companies by e-mail, telephone and on-site and ensure a smooth flow of information. Customer consulting Logistics & Zoll You advise international customers on the delivery and collection of their submissions, in particular on delivery conditions, customs processing and special exhibitions in the Red Dot Design Museums in Essen, Singapore and Xiamen. Interface coordination on site You act as an interface between the building team on site, the applicants and the project management and ensure a structured coordination of all participants. Delivery and presentation You support the delivery, construction and presentation of the submitted products and projects at the Red Dot Judging Hall in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Project management and organization You are actively involved in project management, in particular in the organisation and execution of our competitions, including the ordering and monitoring of required office materials and services. Cross-departmental cooperation You work closely with various departments such as client service, project management, financial accounting and communication, and have the opportunity to take on independent projects.
