This position is occupied by Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH at the location Eckernförde. The Integrated Product Support (IPS) & After Sales department is responsible for the requirements and optimization of the in-house products and projects in terms of efficiency and longevity, ensuring their wart and availability, and optimising customer satisfaction. As an in-service support (ISS) manager (m/w/d) you act as an interface and take responsibility for the holistic support of our customers and supply of our products and systems for the Deutsche Marine at the Eckernförde site. Your tasks: Contact persons for product-relevant service topics, such as spare parts, repairs, external services, customer trainings or further developments Developing attractive solutions and services Negotiation, creation and implementation of service contracts/services Planning, communication and coordination with the departments involved in the project and external partners Progress monitoring and evaluation of services Sustainable maintenance of customer contacts from ongoing service contracts Support for integration, commissioning and service of training simulators

Successfully completed technical or business studies or training with several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field Basic technical understanding of the integration of IT components desirable Good SAP/ERP knowledge Good English knowledge of word and writing Sovereign appearance before customers as well as good communicative and organizational skills
