For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a strategic buyer (m/w/d) for direct product groups.

Supplier management: You control your supplier portfolio independently and targeted – from strategy to selection processes to negotiations and project implementations. Partnership management: They build powerful, long-term supplier relationships and reduce the supplier base sustainably. Group strategy: They identify potential savings and develop tailor-made strategies based on current market trends. Process optimization: They design purchase-relevant processes and interfaces along the entire supply chain efficiently and forward-looking. Supply chain stability: They actively manage disruptions in the supply chain and take over escalation if necessary. Operational daily business: They implement operational tasks in strategic purchasing, such as managing master files and contracts. Digitization: They use our systems for digitalization and transparency in purchasing efficiently and continuously develop them.

Academic background: They have a successfully completed degree in the field of economic engineering, business management with a technical focus or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician training with further training) Professional experience: You can rely on a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in strategic procurement of direct materials. Technical understanding: You have well-founded knowledge in manufacturing technologies and international material markets. Efficiency increase: They have already been able to successfully implement cost reduction and process optimization projects independently. Teamability & Interface competency: They are happy to work with technical fields and interdisciplinary project teams. System knowledge: They bring very good knowledge to SAP S/4HANA, ideally complemented by experience with SAP Ariba. Language skills: They communicate safely in German and English, other languages are advantageous.
