Management, rental and management of housing (including the conclusion, settlement, modification/ addition of housing and service contracts) Management of the economic viability of real estate and budget management (cost control and planning, quality assurance, etc.) Perception of ownership obligations (transport protection, operator responsibility, monumental protection) Construction of properties in cooperation with construction management (including measures and budget planning, economic studies) Coordination and optimisation of processes for the management of housing (intermediate cost structure, contract management, etc.) Rental value adjustments and introduction of rent increases Processing and monitoring of insurance cases, depreciation and compensation claims Development of decision-making templates for the management level in special cases Collection and maintenance of all relevant data in SAP/BALIMA
