As Senior Consultant (m/w/d), you play a central role in the digitalization of product-related business processes. Developing with technical expertise, methodological approach and a deep understanding of the process Together with our customers, You are tailor-made concepts and accompany their implementation – from initial analysis to workshops to strategic consulting and implementation.

Advice and leadership of our customers in their value-generating core processes – primarily in the product development process Analysis of business processes and identification of vulnerabilities and improvement potentials for the development of a business case and action options for system implementation of our solution portfolio Collection of requirements and analysis of relevant data and facts Participation in the implementation of system analyses as well as in the preparation of specifications and obligations Development of target images, roadmaps and concepts for defining and implementing PLM and IoT digitization projects based on CONTACT technology Construction and consolidation of a long-term Trusted Advisor role with our customers Interface function between our customers, research and service partners and our development department Preparation and implementation of internal and external workshops with the aim of concrete project or solution development and implementation

completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, engineering or a comparable subject multiannual, proven experience in consulting or implementing PLM, IoT or digitization projects sound understanding of business processes in product development as well as IT-based transformation projects and their technical frameworks Experience in the analysis of complex requirements and the development of sustainable concepts and roadmaps Knowledge in the application of common methods for process analysis, business case creation and ROI evaluation strong ability to communicate structured and to create convincing presentations and communication materials on C levels high level of self-responsibility, customer orientation and methodological competence to achieve the project objectives Willingness to project-related missions strong communication strength as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
