In your training, you will learn the commercial and organizational processes around the development, production, marketing and distribution of printed and digital media.

You will learn about the creation, production and marketing of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagzeitung and our digital offers. As a permanent member of our house, you work in the day-to-day business of the specialist departments and contribute significantly to our first-class products. You take on varied tasks in the fields of Product + Sales (product and sales), manufacturing, personnel, financial and accounting and in our editorial office. In addition, you will get insights into our subsidiary F.A.Z. BUSINESS MEDIA and can bring your ideas at any time. The training lasts two and a half years and can be shortened by half a year for above-average performance. In addition to the Berufsschule (Stauffenbergschule Frankfurt), additional seminars help you to develop your professional and personal skills.

You will bring a very good degree in real school, the professional qualification or the degree and want to deepen your interest in the media industry with us. You are interested in commercial processes, like to organize and motivate themselves in complex topics and figures. In addition to your analytical skills, you have a structured way of working and are characterized by high self-motivation. You are a team player and bring a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude. Your application documents should include your CV, your last school certificates and a meaningful letter.
