• In this position you are responsible for the timely and economical preparation and preparation of fresh food and take over the issue of prepared food. • The demand planning and ordering, the clarification with suppliers and the daily billing are also your tasks. • They coordinate the receipt of goods, carry out quality checks in the delivered goods and raw products, help in the acceptance and transport of the supplied foods, ensure proper sorting, distribution and storage of the goods and carry out inventory work. • The hygiene and safety regulations, as well as the Bosch internal framework instructions and HACCP guidelines are complied with at any time. The kitchen area is always kept clean with clean-up and cleaning work. • In addition, you can sample the food produced daily, identify it and store it. • The monitoring of the assigned tasks for careful execution and the economic use of work equipment and tools are your daily work as well as the support of the kitchen in food production. • Last but not least, coordinate the tasks for the kitchen aids, taking into account the aspects of work execution, work result, process improvement and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications: • Education: completed training as a cook:Köchin in the hotel industry, gastronomy or upscale gastronomy, also like kitchen masters or other qualifications • experience and know-how: multiannual experience in gastronomy and community catering as a cook; safe handling of goods management systems; well-founded knowledge of HACCP guidelines; Confidence with the email server Outlook • Qualification: teaching according to §43 Infection Protection Act • Personality and working methods: They are characterized by a careful and customer-oriented way of working; They work independently, carefully and responsibly and have strong communication skills • Languages: very good German and good English in word and writing
