The theoretical phases during the three-and-a-half-year dual study are completed at the state-recognized university for applied sciences in the institution of the economic academy Schleswig-Holstein (DHSH) in Kiel. You complete the planned phases of practice in various departments of the Department of Social and Health, for example in the Social Psychiatric Service or in the Residential Assistance Department. During this time you will get to know various departments and get a comprehensive insight into their areas of work.
