In Essen, assemblies are mounted, electric motors are manufactured and tests are carried out on electrical systems for the areas such as aviation, defence and industry. We are looking for several CNC milling machines | Industrial mechanics (m/w/d) incl. Industry surcharges according to IG-Metal/Electric Tariff Agreement.

Device, armor and operation of CNC-controlled machines including tool presetting and machine fitting Adaptation and optimization of existing CNC programs and creation of simple programs for process improvement Implementation of maintenance and maintenance measures and analysis and elimination of technical disturbances Ensuring quality standards by factory self-checking, documentation of workflows and collection of relevant configuration data Operation of conventional milling, turning and grinding machines for manufacturing individual parts and components Conducting downstream production steps such as deburring, simple assembly work, labelling, packaging and tightness testing of the workpieces

You have successfully completed a vocational training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) FR milling, CNC milling (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d), construction mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable professional qualification. min. 3 years of professional experience are required. The willingness to work in the 2-layer system. good knowledge of German in word and writing, and MS-Office complete your profile.

You will receive an employment contract with an over-tariff salary and industry supplements according to IG Metall/Electric Tariff Contract.
