At the next time we are looking for you as a specialist:in civil engineering / mechanic:in / Maurer:in for the qualification as:to the track builder:in (w/m/d) for the DB Bahnbau Group GmbH at the site Koblenz or Mainz. You will be introduced into the various tasks:r Gleisbauer: during work and visit various training courses in which you will learn further theoretical and practical knowledge of track construction. As a track builder:in you make sure that the infrastructure of the DB is modernized and maintained. You always work in a team.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the maintenance and renewal of our rail network
• Maintenance, remodeling and maintenance work on our track systems (e.g. replacement of rails, switches, thresholds, track bed)
• You use the relevant small machines, equipment and tools in track construction
• Damage to the tracks can be eliminated with your colleague
• You work on changing construction sites, outdoors and mostly at night
• Finally, you are going through our internal qualification program, regularly visit training courses and constantly learn

Your profile:

• Ideally, you have a recognized vocational training or professional experience in the field of industrial technology e.g. B. as a civil engineering specialist:in, Concrete builder:in, Maurer:in or Metallbauer:in
• Alternatively you bring relevant professional experience in the construction industry
• Night, weekend and holiday work are not a problem for you and you like to work outdoors
• Physically demanding works are fun and you are a real team player
• You like to learn and quickly find yourself in a new working environment
• You bring a class B driver's license to start the construction sites with the team vehicle
• Your medical suitability is tested by us in the selection process
