To strengthen our purchasing team, we are looking for an experienced personality with heart for fair trade and know-how in purchasing & product management.

What you do with us:

Purchasing & procurement Disposition and procurement of our fair traded foods Management of the entire supply chain Negotiation of prices and contractual conditions with our trading partners in Germany and abroad Product development & assortment care Participation in the selection and development of new products – from idea to market maturity Active control of assortments Close cooperation with quality management, sales and marketing Partnership & Projects Supporting existing and building new trading partnerships Planning and implementation of purchase-related projects Visits to our partner organisations worldwide and trade fairs

What you bring: Completed studies (e.g. business, agriculture, food technology) or comparable commercial training At least 3 years of professional experience – ideally in purchasing or product management Enthusiasm for fair trade and for sustainable and fair supply chains Communication strength and intercultural competence German knowledge, good knowledge of English – Spanish of great advantage Self-contained, structured working and hand-on mentality and solution orientation
